Registration opens in June 2025 1 person attending - $435 2 people attending - $760 3 people attending - $1,085 4 people attending - $1,410 Add-On Options Clay Day: Pre-Con Classes $85 each or $150 for both sessions Friday Pre-Con Classes- $75 each Extra Gala Pass- $95 each (Please note a Gala pass is included in each convention registration. You will purchase this if you have a non-attendee who would like to attend the Gala.) The following is included with your registration: • Regular Convention classes and exhibits, member mixer, two lunches one being a lunch and learn, and dinner at the Convention Gala. • Handout/Notes/Directions and other information for any classes for which we received handouts from instructors. This includes all regular classes—even the ones you didn’t take. (NOTE: This packet does not include Pre-Con classes.) • Brush pack to use in biz-nique classes. •Inspiration, education, networking, new friends, and fun times!

Hotel Recommendation
Embassy Suites by Hilton Denton Convention Center. There is a $250 fee per attendee per day not staying at the hotel. This does not apply to you if you live 50 miles from the convention center. The CCSA does not endorse nor contract any third-party room reservation companies. All reservations will need to be made directly with the hotel.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation and Refund Policy: If you need to cancel your registration, please note there is a $50 cancellation fee per person, and no refunds or cancellations will be accepted after August 1, 2025. If you cannot attend after the cancellation deadline, you may sell your registration to another CCSA member, though the CCSA is not responsible for managing the transaction or payment exchange. We recommend posting your listing on the CCSA Facebook Chatter Site. Once you’ve sold your registration, email taylor@ccsaonline.com for approval of the transfer. Please be aware that registrations must be sold to current CCSA members. If the buyer is not a member, additional fees will apply for them to register for the convention.
